Return Request Period: To initiate a return, please submit a request within 3 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be processed.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, please provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage. This video is essential for us to assess the issue and offer the appropriate solution.

Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please send us an unboxing video showing the items you received. Notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and issue a refund for any missing items if confirmed.

Wrong Product Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, please be aware that you are responsible for both the return shipping charges and the shipping costs for the replacement item. Contact our customer support team for instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds will be processed once we confirm the damage or defect through the provided video evidence.

b. Missing Items: If we are unable to provide the missing item(s), we will issue a refund for the respective item(s).

Original Condition and Packaging: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition. All original packaging, accessories, tags, and labels must be included.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
