At Inayat Mall, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased under sale, clearance, or custom offers.

  • Products showing signs of wear or use.

  • Color variations due to screen lighting are not eligible for return.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

🔁 Exchange Process

If your return is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same item, or

  • A credit note for future purchases.

We do not offer cash refunds unless the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for prepaid orders where:

    • The product is unavailable

    • The return has been accepted after review

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or bank account.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged item.

  • Return pickup may be arranged in select areas; otherwise, self-courier with tracking is required.
